Terrible place to shop. I went in today and picked out 3 school jumpers 2 at $49.50 and one on a special rack for $10 ,took to counter waiting for 10 minutes as none of the staff could scan the jumper that was $10,they went and looked at other jumpers on the rack and still had no idea.Then i was refused the jumper and was threw behind counter, is this a common thing as the owners will go broke.

We recently visited this store as my 12 year old son had birthday money to spend and desperately wanted an electric guitar. The lovely man who served us couldn't have been more helpful and was happy to share his knowledge about guitars and amps with us as we knew nothing about what we needed! It was refreshing to receive such excellent customer service from someone who seemed to genuinely want to help and who communicated so well with my son. Thank you!
