It happened around 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 8th.Very rude and unfriendly staff. Zero points for service. Customers are like enemies in her eyes.Bought a cup of iced coffee with a friend on a hot day, chose the wrong size and was rudely suspended from the coffee machine. Instead of a new iced coffee cup, she automatically downgraded the selection to regular size. And with other customers loudly discussing us in a grim way as if we were thieves. When unable to explain her behavior, she began to play the poor. With the new customer who came into the store declared that my friend had shouted at her. It was really speechless.My friend worked at 711 during his student days and made many friends there. He knows how hard it is to meet difficult customers when working in a convenience store. So finally he stopped arguing and paid to leave.Coming out of the store, my friend and I were both confused. It would have been a very simple misunderstanding, a kind tip, a smile, a greeting can be exchanged for a completely different ending.Would like to say to this staff here that I know everyone has a bad day. If you look at the world with a kind and friendly heart, the world will return the same to you. I hope your tomorrow will be better than today.

so so so rude staff. was there 6th june 2022 and the staff was so rude. don’t recommend at all. he is very dominant and pass comments being so very dominant. he said “yes I am rude so get out from my store”. he is definately not qualified for customer service and has anger issues. not safe for anyone.

Bought these two for my late lunch and the cashier took my payment of $4. Really speechless. I thought is $3 with a hot drink purchased. Speechless

Happend On 4th March 2.30Am.went down for a coffee As I was making one The Guy working at the store Started shouting To hurry up & Made Racial Comments.He was a total Freak ,When I Asked him whats wrong with Then Threatned to Assault me and Bash my Car ,watch This place ,Notified the police and They are looking into it.

7.30 in the morning.. no hot food.. 1 star

Me and my friends just needed some cool drinks on a hot summer day, so we looked on Google maps for stores and were a little disturbed because of all the negative reviews. We went there anyways, cashier was super friendly and held a really nice conversation with us. We came back 15 minutes later because one of my friends decided to also want a slushy and when I walked in he was friendly af. I asked if it would cost me to refill my slushy and he just said you know what

For a place that is supposed to be 24 hours, the guy that is working tonight chooses his own hours.. 2 people just left the store, I tried to go in straight after, he told me to come back at 5am he has to mop the floors.. it's 2am, 3 hours to mop the floors. Surely the 1 min letting me in was not going to hold him up that much.. 10mins later he has not started the floors yet.. when the other staff are working, there is never this problem, it is only when he is working..

I Never Tried slushy ever before I went there and it was perfect the cashier was great and funny I definitely recommend you to go there it’s in my eyes a 5.0 store
