Pathetic excuse for a professional mercedes mechanic. I had a faulty wheel sensor as abs light came on dash. Visit to John who naturally had to do his own checks and advise. I had to call after full day in shop, he confirmed faulty wheel sensor, but advised must change in pairs..?? No price for repairs advised, he'll look after me... Another full day in shop with no information, again I had to call. Went to collect car & he decided to change all 4 wheel sensors.., $2.5k. I asked for explanation he said report confirmed repairs required, requested report, after talking a load of crap he reluctantly gave it to me. Read report carefully at home to find it states faulty front left sensor, nothing about other 3! Back Monday morning and requested he put back my old sensors, luckily I kept them, and give my money back... following his yelling & abuse etc.., he agreed less 3hrs Labour. Not ideal outcome but better than being robbed blind. I went on to sort the car myself. Avoid this dishonest trader, go elsewhere.

John is an amazing Man. Has great mechanics and their knowledge on Mercedes Benz and BMW is second to none. Very affordable and extremely Professional operator.
