Adam and his staff have been so kind and professional with my family and have always been approachable, empathetic and gone out of their way to help and support their clients. Denise is a fantastic property manager. Very easy to deal with and things are done promptly. The agency replies quickly and is very focused on resolution to any query. Highly recommend to a prospective renter and or landlord requiring rental management. Thank you for all your help.

I have had a wonderful experience with Jade, our new property manager. She was able to secure us a roof over our heads and did it all with prompt and kind service! We couldn’t be more thankful to Jade for making sure we can create a home for ourselves now.

I have owned property for nearly 40 years and mostly in Sydney and a few in Queensland. I ended up managing my own Sydney portfolio as I could never find a good enough property manager, let alone an honest management team & have had so many disappointments in those years. Twenty Four Seven Realty have restored my faith in that there are still good top class agents/managers who do what they say and actually work for the benefit of investors. As I live in Sydney I cannot be travelling to Queensland and my properties in Queensland have been managed now for over 10 years by Twenty Four Seven. I personally met the owner of Twenty Four Seven a long time ago as he was recommended to me by the builder of my first property and I was told that even though he was just starting out he was a good honest bloke deserving of a start. Well more than 10 years later I can say that he is more than just a good bloke. They are efficient, honest and quick to get onto issues. I would not normally say this but I completely trust and value their judgement and opinions in regards to my property. This has been earnt by my dealings with them over the years. I rest at ease knowing that even though I'm far away in NSW they have everything under control.

First of all, thank you for housing. Secondly, thank you for the human approach. Thirdly, I have nothing to criticise. With the comparison with Europe and the approach of real estate agents, you can teach Europeans how to communicate with the client. Jade and Adam and the rest of the colleagues are amazing. You can see they have a great team. The office space is cozy and smells nice :) . We took possession of the house clean, just need to settle in and get used to the size. If you are looking for a rental, I highly recommend this real estate company.

And also wastes the time and resources of Qld Ambulance service by calling 000 with lies. She accidentally sent me an email during my lease that was supposed to be for the owner where she calls me the mud lady" in the subject (have had issues with mud from February 2022 floods that took 6 months

I first started using this company when I bought my first investment property off the plan well over 10/15 years ago and the builder at the time recommended these people to manage it for me. As I live in NSW I cannot be up there all the time and needed someone who was honest, trustworthy as well as professional and efficient. To get these qualities in one package I found very rare in Sydney from my experience but TwentyFourSeven Realty have it in Queensland. I've had various properties in Sydney for over 40 years and cannot tell you the disappointments from past managing agents to the point where I managed my own portfolio. TwentyFourSeven Realty on the other hand have turned out to be so much more than I expected and can highly recommend them and they are well worth sticking with. Vanessa and Adam have been outstanding in their commitment and communication and promptness regarding any issues that have arisen over the years. They are quality people who have passed the test of time in my opinion and would not hesitate in recommending them to other people.

Most unprofessional/rude agent. We have had nothing but bad experiences with Vanessa since living under a rental she manages. She would always enter our premises making us feel extremely uncomfortable ( even conducting an open house early in the morning while my partner was still sleeping, he works late nights).Vanessa will be little you in your own home and any help from her she will reply with short messages like “ok” or “sure”.she was also incredibly picky with exits reports even charging us for “dust” on the garage door. All she wants is a big pay for herself out of your bond and will do everything in her power to get that. To save yourself time and money DO NOT rent through 247 real estate.

I have never given feedback for a real estate agent before but that was before I met Jade. Jade is amazing to work with. Absolutely goes above and beyond to make sure your move in is smooth. I have read through all the positive reviews and couldn’t agree more and I would also highly recommend going through 24/7 Realty.

Vanessa was more than helpful in finding my first dream home. She is extremely honest, upfront, and knowledgeable, and was able to find me a great home at the right price. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times. Vanessa made the nightmare that is finding a house a breeze! Her advice and support through the closing were invaluable. We could not have done it without her. Once again many thanks Vanessa. Highly recommended!
