Only good thing about this place is the creche. Amanda and Robyn have been amazing to my kids over the past 5 years. Management and staff care more about making social media content than maintaining or fixing equipment. They seem to have no desire for member satisfaction hence why alot of the long term members are leaving.

Had been a dedicated member for a year and a half to then have my membership cancelled unjustifiably by the young manager who proceeded to talk down to me passive aggressively and condescendingly. A person who clearly does not understand how to manage but definitely understands how to abuse his power in a managerial position, who wouldn’t listen to long-time customers about a situation that arose. So many machines and pieces of equipment are damaged, broken and out of order, and have been for as long as two months with no effort made to fix them. Terrible staff with no proper knowledge on how to operate equipment or exercises safely. Horrible prices on in-house items, beverages and memberships. There’s a reason why this particular gym is becoming so quiet since the switch in managers.

Love the club aesthetic. The club is well put together and staff are lovely! They went above and beyond to ensure I got the best option for my needs and they have remained consistently helpful and friendly since joining the gym.

I'd recommend this gym to people who are looking to first start training at the gym or have never been before because its so welcoming and friendly!!! It's not a scary" gym at all. Well done"

Since the change of ownership in May 2022, I have experienced the worst kind of treatment as an employee that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. A recent situation which was handled unprofessionally by management, has ultimately led to me handing in my resignation.Since my resignation, I have been emailed by the manager reminding" me about a breach of contract if I disclose any confidential information and further provided mewith the resources of many mental health support services that "may assist me if I ever need".The manager is arrogant and condiscending and that type of behaviour is not ok for a person in a position of power.I dedicated my heart and soul into the creche here for 7 years and to be treated the way I was

Club facilities are great, super aesthetic. This gym feels like a second home because of how friendly everyone is; it's an amazing and positive community. Nothing but respect for World Gym Malaga!

Personal trainer Devi-Ann is a great trainer and keeps me motivated and is always ready with a smile and word of encouragement. The recent renovations have made a huge improvement to the feel and flow of the gym. It is so much more functional and I love my work outs there.

This gym is really perfect now. I asked what the most quiet time to train was. It's quiet when I go in the day which is good for me. I've made friendships there, good protein shakes, staff are so friendly, manager is absolutely fantastic and the club is always so clean and aesthetic. just wish there was better lighting in toilets
