Spanish Australian Preschool
My son Charlie really loves going to this preschool. The teachers are extremely dedicated and passionate and they ensure that the experiences for the children are varied, relate to their interests and include us in their journey. We are very pleased with it overall and blessed to be able to enjoy its bilingual program!

Spanish Australian Preschool
As a Spain-born living in Canberra, ever since our daughter started childcare, I was hoping that such a service was provided in Canberra. I am very grateful that Cristina and her team made that possible. The building and garden are lovely and it feels like leaving her with own family. And at home we have re-started to have some complete Spanish/Catalan speaking days, so everyone is a winner through the process.

Spanish Australian Preschool
When I found out about SAPS, I got in touch with Cris and we had a long chat about her vision for this project. This is the type of program I was hoping my son could join. Now that he is a part of it, I couldn't be happier about my decision. More than a providing a service, SAPS provides a community, a space where children can live, experience and enact their language and individual cultures. All this is thanks to the SAPS team who truly believe in the greatness of bilingual education. My son has been attending for a month so far and, already, his language production in Spanish is more rich and natural. This week, whilst playing individually at home, he said his first full sentence in Spanish without prompting: estoy listo para volar. Proudest mum moment ever. Thank you SAPS!

Spanish Australian Preschool
The Spanish Australian preschool (SAPS) is the gold standard of early childhood education. I thought my previous centre was fine, but I had no real basis for comparison. Now I see what is possible in a centre that emphasises high quality, child-led educational programs. Chris, the Director, is so passionate about the centre and what they do. All the educators go above and beyond on a daily basis to provide rich educational experiences for the kids. I'm constantly impressed by the thought and effort put into each activity. Chris and the educators form strong attachments with the children, and take time to fill you in on their day every afternoon at pick up. I'm so glad I took a chance on SAPS, and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting quality, highly personalised care for their kids.

Spanish Australian Preschool
Putting our little one into the Spanish Australian Preschool is one of the best decisions we have ever made. Our family doesn’t have a Spanish background, but that hasn’t stopped Miss B from thriving. She truly enjoys her little school, and is proud to be learning a second language. She has best friends and loves the teachers and staff. We are happy and confident when we do drop off, that Miss B is happy and safe, with all her needs met - and more. We now belong to a fabulous community, giving Miss B extra opportunities outside of school hours to participate in other Spanish language and cultural experiences.

Spanish Australian Preschool
SAP is Zia’s other hogar (home). He loves the staff and children. We have forged deep friendships within the SAP community. Zia’s Spanish has grown beyond my hopes. He is now playing with constructing his own sentences and unexpectedly makes jokes in Spanish at times! We couldn’t be happier with SAP and highly recommend who wants to offer their child a bilingual exposure in a supportive community with dedicated and professional staff.
