Simon and the iFix Roofing team did an incredible job installing a new roof on my old cottage. . .a job that a couple of other companies couldn't be bothered even quoting on!The quote was really clear and comprehensive and Simon was upfront about the potential for additional costs if depending on the state of the underlying timbers. Communication leading up to the week of the scaffold being erected and the roof being removed was great. The installation went smoothly and additional structural timbers were added to the job with ease. They cleared the site and took away all of the rubbish swiftly.I'm thrilled with the look and quality of the final product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend iFix Roofing to anyone - especially if you have a heritage property.

Just got a call from a director/sales manager blacklisting me from ifix on the basis that I didnt advise them of not accepting their quote... wow... I have had several chats with the sales staff and they actually recommended a competitor as they couldnt meet my desired timelines and cost requirements. I needed a roof resealed before this winter. Have been trying to arrange services through ifix for months but they have a rolling extended backlog that leaves a customer waiting... but I am not allowed to seek services elsewhere. They might be one of the better providers, but a little sensitive around competition.Thanks for the response....not quite correct... you couldnt meet delivery times for the quoted job... your competitor was able to do so... not just a price thing... interesting that you admonish me for wasting customer time... wasnt I also a customer that required servicing... and given the amount of delay in your works schedule its a bit rich to blame me as a contributing factor....as I said I was in contact with your sales team, explained what was happening and the challenges I was facing. Simon is the only one upset. None of the sales team have expressed any negative response to my dealings with them or how I managed the quote process. Its your business. You can run it how you like, but there is no point selling yourself as the best if you cant deliver the service. As I stated to Simon... I had been working on this for a while with your sales team and they were notified of the change of supplier and recommended the competitor...its your business and you can choose who you want to deal with... its a learning opportunity for both us.
