Alix the Celebrant

We were so lucky to have Alix as our celebrant for our special day in mid October.Alix wasn’t just our celebrant on the day, she went above and beyond what we could have imagined from taking extra photos & videos of us, to basically being our on day coordinator and keeping everything running smoothly.Alix has such a calming nature and made us feel so comfortable on the day, in the lead up & during the entire process.We received so many compliments from guests about Alix and our ceremony. She told our story and kept everyone engaged, all while making us laugh & cry. It was a truly special day, made even better by such an amazing celebrant.We would highly recommend Alix to anyone getting married, she is amazing!

We had the pleasure of being married by Alix.Alix remotely assisted us at every stage to ensure that the legalities were seamless. She respected our wishes of a simple, elegant elopement ceremony and we are forever grateful to have her as part of our special day.

Alix was a dream to work with. She was one of the first suppliers we booked in for our big day. She made the whole process of getting married enjoyable and without any stress. Even on the big day, when COVID-19 struck down a couple of important people, Alix was able to be contacted by telephone to answer my queries. She was organised throughout the whole process and her speech and officiating of the wedding ceremony was very moving for us as bride and groom, as well as to our guests. I hope to never have to use her services again, however, I would highly recommend Alix to others getting hitched.

My wife and I got married in early November this year, with Alix as our celebrant.Alix has been absolutely incredible from start to finish and made the process simple, fun and easy, from the early preparation stages with paperwork and initial meetings, all the way until the wedding day itself! We cannot recommend Alix enough!Alix's attention to detail, warm and lovely demeanour, and storytelling skills made our ceremony amazing to experience. Our guests relayed to us they greatly enjoyed the way Alix ran the ceremony and how she told the story of how my wife and I met. We also appreciated all of the little details Alix took into account to ensure everything went smoothly, and also allowed for great photos throughout the ceremony!We can certainly say, if you are after a celebrant, there is no one better than Alix!
