Chemist Warehouse Penrith Central

I love Chemist warehouse, this store was awesome as well. But on google it led us to behind the store, with huge notice board saying to access this store you need to go to High Street. Luckily I was not in rush, but if in rush I would not have visited this store.

Zac was really helpful today, went above and beyond to help me find an item. I've seen him before help other customers, he knows the whole store inside and out.

This review is about Dr Mina the pharmacist, he is so kind, helpful and attentif. If you need any advice or help dont hesitat to ask him, he is very knowledgeable. He helped me as well in some administratif document (as witness) 8 years ago!

Zac the security guy was very helpful during my visit to store he is very polite and friendly.

I have shopped here a few times it's ok. I do my click and collect here. I went in to collect my items but wanted to get a couple of things first, the security guard was following me around and made me feel uncomfortable I was on my phone getting my click and collect information up for the cashier and the security plus a staff member were keeping a very close eye on me .

If I could give -5 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. AVOID this store at any cost, especially if you are a PERSON OF COLOUR.I went there early in the morning on Sunday 15th May 2022, at 9 AM, to avoid the crowd; this was my first time stepping into the store. As soon as I walked in, I went straight to the cashier to collect my orders.While I was waiting for my items, the security guard approached me. He accused me with a receipt in his hand, saying that I bought the items on the receipt and stole the makeup testers the last time I came there.As we are still in the middle of the pandemic, I was wearing a mask, and he did not even ask me to pull my mask down to identify my face. I told him that I had never bought makeup or skincare from Chemist Warehouse and that whoever he was looking for was not me. Not to brag, but I'm a level 3 Mecca beauty member. As if I'm going to steal a makeup tester from Chemist Warehouse lol! I also spent $400 on a single order this time, so clearly, money is not an issue.After I said that, he replied, ok

Great place to shop for not only your medical requirements but also bodywash, dental and especially fitness supplements.

I shop at all the local CWH, however I keep coming back to this one as I always have a positive experience in store. All staff are friendly, however I understand that they may not always be available to assist immediately, especially on busy days. The security Guard noticed I needed help and did not hesitate to assist me. His honesty and humility were a standout. seriously, just ask zac, he has excellent customer service and always spot on with information on the products range, he is number 1 in fragrances too. Will continue to shop here.Well done CWH, I wish all staff in a business could be as professional and respectful as him wherever I shop.

Went in the shop to purchase some fragrances for 3 family members for Christmas. Having no idea what I wanted I asked Zac the security guard. I knew from shopping there previously he was the best man to ask. Zac suggested some amazing fragrances, he is super helpful and always friendly.
