Very conveniently located near P'matta, staff is very helpful. They have complimentary shuttle service to the P'matta station every hour back and forth. Decent waiting place for customers where you can spend about 3 hrs, there's a coffee machine that you can serve for yourself. They do service nicely, mechanics are very knowledgeable.Tip - Get a book for yourself to read, can't stare phone that long.

Been using these guys for the last 8 years. Bought an AMG two years back and still take it there instead of Mercedez. Their honest, well priced and always do a good job. They go above and beyond. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Parramatta Motor Group Service & Parts
I took my car in for service recently and they did a great job at a fair price. They explained everything to me before the service so I knew what I was paying for beforehand. Log book was stamped when I picked up the car and all service items they said was done was actually done upon my inspection. Highly recommend.

I would give them five star for their service centre manager John and the standard of customer service he provides when there is ever an issue or problem .I had my car’s third year service done. While I did face a minor issue that sort of caused a bit of a panic as my smart car started throwing all sorts of error messages and warning on the dashboard . But as soon as I was in touch with John he ensured he stayed in contact with me untill the problem was resolved,he sent a mechanic home to fix it when the issue came back on again he happily offered to run a full diagnostic and even offered a loan car . I have had it all fixed now and as we are all human and errors do happen but knowing that a business really cares for its customers these days is refreshing . Well done I’d recommend PMG anytime :)

Consistently terrible and unreliable mechanical work done on multiple of our cars. Have spent thousands of dollars with this company only to have things go wrong every single time. They seem nice and assure you everything will be fixed but ultimately down the track something always goes wrong and they take no responsibility and you’re left with the bill. I would avoid +++

I have been coming here for few years and generally been a happy customer, but last service just left a bad taste.There was an issue with engine light going on right after I took car back from service. I took it back the next week to them.The young guy who received my car was insisting in a condescending tone that $230 (or thereabouts) charge to see the car again, that the issue may not have arisen due to service done few days back, but due to general fault" of the car.After few tense exchanges

Poor Service and Bad FitmentTook my vehicle here for a warranty service to replace a defective seat belt. Seat belt not has more loose fittings on it than when originally took it in with bolts now missing from underside of seat. Will take elsewhere to get it corrected.Service staff were rude, impolite and impatient with pickup and identifying the issues. Would NOT recommend a service here.

Took my Kia for its first service and a recall for the clutch, they advised me that it’s a big job and would take the full day, I have no problem. They called me before 5pm that my car is ready to be collected. However when I arrived at the workshop they told me that the recall part for my car have not arrived and they only did a minor service. Would have been nicer if one of the staff could have called me earlier in the day to inform me that a part wasn’t available instead of keeping my car in the workshop for the full day, Anyway….(Workshop advise me that they will call me regarding the recall part) After a few months after waiting (no one called me from the workshop, bad customer service) I decided to call them back, this time the part have arrived in the workshop. So I quickly made an appointment, which was in 4 weeks. They informed that they need my car for 2 days in the workshop, I have no problem with this as long as I was provided a loan car, which they agreed. Fast forward to today (4 weeks later), arrived for my appointment at the workshop, I got told that I never requested a loan car. I was so disappointed with them as this was the second bad experience I had dealing with Parramatta Motor Group! Sorry but I’ve taken half a day off work just so I could bring the car in, unfortunately the service manager wasn’t on site so there was nothing I could do other than to reschedule (next available booking is next year!).I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS WORKSHOP!!! You have just lost a customer!

I have had a number of my families cars serviced here for years now. I had my Mercedes serviced there again yesterday and as always, they were on time with fantastic customer service. Special thanks to John and Amelia!
