The whole ILve oven door was dropped off from the body when I dragged again. It almost directly hit on the toe of my wife and crushed it. It was happening 1 years ago and the door was replaced hence I don't believe it is quality issue but suspect it was the failure of your design or what I brought was a detective one. Your product can not even achieve the fundamental requirement - safety. That I spent $1400 to buy the panic of using dangerous oven. Let me know what can you do !

Very unhappy with this company is an understatement. We have a 1.5yr old dishwasher that has broken and the company WILL NOT provide our repairer with the part required! So now we have an almost new dishwasher that has been broken for months and still no resolution as they don't sell" the part we need apparently. Unsure how this is possible as they are still selling the dishwasher! They are completely unhelpful on the phone

oven glass shattered under warranty. Less than four years of ownership, and the oven is not working. Called customer care citing consumer gaurantees - a slew of excuses and offering call backs that never eventuate. I will raise a complaint with ACCC and access canberra. Avoid their products and the associated eurolinx brand.

Unfortunately my experience has been appalling. I’ve just requested a third warranty call for my Ilve oven.The communication and product support is non existent. This has been going on since June.I have contacted Fair Trading regarding this matter and Eurolinx have not even had the curtesy to reply.

It is now 6 months since our oven (Ilve 3 month old costing $6000) failed on Christmas Day 2022. After finally agreeing to replace after a number of repair attempts we are still waiting for the replacement oven. We were advised it would be towards the end of June but the most frustrating part of this entire experience is the absolutely horrendous customer service and lack of communication. Even the service agent cannot get a response from Eurolinx. After being on hold for almost 10 minutes numerous times even the phone system advises they cannot complete the request to transfer to a service agent. Please read the other reviews if you are considering an investment in Ilve appliances.

By far one of the worst companies I've have had the displeasure of dealing with. Have had issues with our cooktop twice now, both times this company refuse to take any responsibility for despite it still being covered under warranty. Honestly what is the point of purchasing a $3,000 product when the company do not even take responsibility for issues with it, not once but TWICE .The first a year into having the cooktop and the second time a year later! Try to shift the blame onto the consumer and make judgement calls without even sending anyone out to look at the issue. Communication is appalling, no one gets back to you despite promising to and nothing is done or followed up on. I have now had no usable cooktop for 3 months! Just a disgusting company as a whole. Based on other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence and not just a once off which is even more reason to avoid this company!Further update: it is now November and I am still yet to hear anything back regarding this. I have had no response from Eurolink what so ever in relation to this and it seems like it is just buying time for the warranty to void. I have emailed the customer care email with no response.

Working with Eurolinx is like coming home to find your parents have arranged your marriage to a cow.The scary part is, you won't even know you're working with this company because they are the distributor behind the scenes.Hopefully, if your washing machine doesn't break, you'll never have to deal with them.But if you do need to cal them to fulfil their manufacturer guarantee, you will hear a slew of excuses and fumbling around, only to be told that they can't help and to wait.The best part is, you will have to follow up with them to do their job.Don't touch this company...But if you find out they're your manufacturer... I'd highly recommend pushing for a refund on your purchase, and just take your business elsewhere.Also Charles is a sales rep I had to deal with that gave me the worst customer experience possible.The one good thing he did, after all his whinging, was to send an email to get my refund approved...All this after 2 months waiting for them to do something... tell us something...Don't put yourself through that.

very poor customer service. called the store with a simple request of charcoal filter for an ilve range hood. after trying spare parts for over an hour ( The phone was picked up and hung up more than once during this time). I then resorted to calling sales. sales couldn't tell me if the part they priced for me was the full kit or if i had to buy 2 units for the range hood i had quote that day.

We have been through 2x brand new dishwashers in 6 months, 1 of them never worked and the 2nd one worked for 2-3 weeks. Now 3 months without a dishwasher and multiply phones calls to Eurolinx, still no one has come out to look at it.I have tried to talk with a manager for over a week now, but never get a call back.The customer service people are nice and friendly to talk to, but nothing gets done once a service call has been raised. You have to chase the service agent and it just goes around in circles.The worst customer service I have ever experienced. zero ⭐️

I had to wait 8 weeks for my part and when i ring them to check, they had sold my parts. I was given a politicians excuse that no one has the information on why they cancelled it. This company has a very poor business ethic and they have now left me in a situation where i have to go back to my customer and have to tell them to wait another 5 weeks and hope i receive it this time. Use anyone but these guys if possible
