Felt like they kept luring me for more money. Paid $99, then told it would be $299. Agreed, then told it would be $329, then wanted $100 more to clean it. After a week they told me $925 to fix it. Went to collect my unfixed computer and had to wait another day since they didn’t have the right screwdriver. Amateur operation.

Went in with a friend to pick something up. The bickering between staff was embarrassing. Very unprofessional no team work in this store at all. Very chaotic environment. I would hate to work in a place like this. All other customers waiting were pretty uncomfortable too. This team needs a lot of team building and customer service skills. Bring back the old team

Do not entertain this business!I explained that I wasn't 'tech savvy,' and needed my info transferred from my old phone, to my new one.After several drama's, I was charged $400, for a procedure, I've been told, should only be $100! I've found a better, friendly and more honest, tech expert. I suggest you do the same...

$99 fee for diagnosing a fault, then a quote of over $500 to fix the device with a downtime of at least two weeks. Credit only for the $99-this a lot for a pensioner. It’s a pretty bad situation when you have to visit the store with your Mum as she won’t go on her own. The kicker though was the customer service, simply put, it was appalling. Please don’t visit here for your IT needs, as a consumer you deserve a lot more than to feel belittled & rattled by staff at this store.

I arrived at King IT Caloundra a complete mess over the corruption of a file I’d poured my heart and soul into for the past year. The guys at King IT were patient and kind. They were able to fix the problem. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you, thank you!

Struggling to get a reply related to a dispute: My laptop was NOT cleaned or serviced. I have photos as proof when I opened the laptop myself and cleaned out the fluff and dust from the heatsinks, see photo. I have sent various emails with clear photos asking for my money back. Please King-It, contact me to resolve this issue? At this stage, I can NOT recommend King-It to anyone. I am willing to upload the rest of the photos as proof that nothing was done.

Thanks to Robert for helping us out with our hard disc drive which we had accidentally wiped clean. He explained the issue and rectified it promptly. Highly recommend King IT. Great friendly service.

Thank You Phil and the team @Birtinya KingIT! Both my old and new iPhones, (AppleID issue-locked out, so was running old..OLD version iOS, which meant we couldn’t set up new devices, also unable to use my iPhone properly), both my kid’s iPads, my MacBook and my daughter’s school laptop, including all valuable&irreplaceable data safely backed up/preserved..ALL sorted overnight!With knowledge through experience, as well as patience and the ability to simplify explaining/advising how to get the most out of our devices, Phil was a pleasure to deal with, a true professional in every aspect and highly recommended. :-)

I am so impressed with King IT’s service and friendliness. I love the ethos of their business, especially their connection with helping people in DV situations through their mobile phone help. When waiting to be served I observed such patience with their customers who find technology challenging. Good job guys!
