Baby Bunting Castle Towers

I am not a person who does this often- put up Google reviews. This time, I was kinda compelled to do so. What an amazing experience on the eve of Christmas at this store- Baby Bunting at Castle Tower. Yes- the store was not that busy when we entered but still we thought about the way we were greeted and served by the person- yes, she is the reason why I am putting this review up. Sarah, is the sales/store person who helped us today- was nothing short of amazing. She was knowledgeable, approachable, helpful and everything you could expect from a store/sales person. As first time parents, we obviously did not have much knowledge on products which we were buying for our baby- Sarah went through the list with us and made suggestions on everything- even helped us with a bit of budgeting as well. From the very beginning until the end of the transaction, it was truly an amazing experience for us- we really wanted to share this with other people. What an amazing way to start Christmas! Kudos! To Sarah. We want her to be recognized.

The service manager Roshi is amazing. If I could give more stars I would. Can't recommend this place enough because of her.

I had to buy a gift for a newborn. Went to the store, picked up the item while waiting to pay, looked it up on the internet and it was half that price at Big W! The girl straight away matched the price and further more she gave me an extra 5% price beat discount. Really happy with the store!

Arguably one of the newest and best baby bunting stores I have visited. Though it’s not the largest and equipped with most staff, the decoration of the parents room and the bed section are very comfy if not state of art! You have to check out the parents room! The chair is the best plus the room is well equipped with a sink & tap, an electric scale and a microwave! Only one parents room available

Every time I have been into this baby bunting castle towers the service has been horrible. Today I was in with my husband and mother in law.We bought a few items and other items from other stores. While we were paying she asked if we were going to pay to for an item we bought elsewhere. I said we bought it at target. She asked me for a receipt. I was in shock, she served us seen us walk in with it and still pressured us to see receipt.She studied the receipt and she couldn’t even read it she saying it was wrong, I had to point out it said play gym.She was saying ohh it’s fine but still pushed for receipt. I would not recommend anyone to go here, to go baby kingdom castle hill the service there is amazing !

I am quite disgusted by the service received in reference to a purchase of a Baby Brezza Advanced -Pro. I purchased the product from your Castle Hill store 3 months ago and my baby has since been diagnosed with excessive Reflux. Today I went to the store requesting a refund for the product I purchased due to the issues I am experiencing with the machine causing severe health issues for my baby. Upon investigating and looking at Online Reviews this seems to be a known issue with the Baby Brezza which the store fails to disclose to you or not being any note or warning on the box at time of purchase to tell you there may be a discrepancy with the dispensation of the milk, even if as little as 0.5ounces which is apparently an acceptable variation according to your store reps. That variation for a reflux baby can cause serious harm for a reflux baby as the milk is severely watered down. When I attended the store I was basically fobbed off and told that I needed to contact baby Brezza for support and help. They then emailed they're baby brezza rep who basically couldn't help as I have done everything right and the machine apparently works fine. I find this an absolute joke and disgrace. Under the Australian Consumer Law I am entitled to consumer guarantees. Using the manufacturer and warranty as a way to flop a client off and be unhelpful is not actually legal as per your refunds and exchange policy and Conusmer Laws. I purchased the item from Baby Bunting not Baby Brezza, therefore when I visit your stores I expect customer service and not just be told contact the manufacturer. The product does not do what is intended and therefore I cannot use it for my reflux baby as it's causing severe harm. Therefore I am entitled to a refund as the product has discrepancies which are also not listed or advised at time of purchase. I have every intention of escalating this for breach of Consumer Rights Guarantees. Quite disgusted and disappointed as a long time baby bunting customer and will re-think where to buy future purchases.

5 stars for the service provided by Rosh. Had a bottle warmer that needed to be returned and went 1 day over the 30 day period due to personal reasons. She was very helpful and understanding and helped issue the complete refund. Wonderfully stocked store. Will be back again.

I rang up today and advised that I bought a icandy converter a few months ago there for my icandy cerium pram duo. I told the lady my capsule and seat are very quashed when together and hard to put on. She was so rude cutting me off telling me there nothing she can do but come in as the converter I bought was a icandy peach and that it depends on what model my icandy cerium is. I was trying to tell her that when I purchased the converter the lady said there is only one model of icandy cerium so it’s fine to purchase that one. She wouldn’t even let me speak to tell her that. Just cut me of all the time.

The store manager is the rudest individual one could ever come across. Due to manager's incompetency, most employees wander around not caring a whit about customers in need of help!
