Disregard last post jumped in too early.What a rip off charged $1,000 for 2 people. Must be $500 per hour. Asked for the charge to be explained to me. Everyone went and hid. Asked for phone call have had none.

Lodged tax weeks ago, didn’t hear back after multiple phone calls and broken promises of call backs. Received a letter from the ATO stating my tax hadn’t been done, dropped it off to the office and then received a letter in the mail the next day from this tax office stating that they decided to withdraw their services as our tax agent. What kind of service is that?
