My advice to anyone thinking of DIY using the converters sold on online...please don't; it takes a lot of work to set it up (I'm quite tech savvy) and the end product is at best, mediocre. I returned the product to Amazon.Matt, thanks so much for the amazing job you did converting my VHS. It was recorded about 25 years ago. The clarity and color of your video file far exceeded my expectations. Great Job. Friendly service. Amazing results.Thanks!
