A totally different experience encountered in this boutique. I went there to try on some new capsules and stock up. 5 minutes into entering the boutique, neither did I receive any greetings nor a can I help you?" from anyone.... the boutique wasn't busy at all. There's only one customer at the counter.The lady at the tasting area was so unfriendly

Pour customer service!Staff do not know their promotions!The promotion says: bring any min 100 capsules…. They say you have to bring the capsules from certain flavour… in order to get towel or….And not interested in serving their customers…. Customer service says there are towels everywhere … here they said there are no towels in WA.

My poor experience at this store is the same as the other reviews here. A male staff member served my friend and I yesterday and he was beyond rude and made us feel both very uncomfortable. He did not act in a friendly or helpful manner and I am surprised that with the consistent reviews on here that Nespresso are allowing this poor level of customer service to continue.

I went to karrinyup store rather than order online, I found the male staff that served me less than friendly, I was with a friend who wanted to look at spoons and the guy who we had to go and ask for help was very quiet, almost depressed looking, he told us we only have what’s out. No idea when stock would be replaced? I bought one carton of coffee and left. It was kind of depressing in the store, very stiff upper class kind of snobbery air about the place. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Bad costumer service ever time I go there. The person making us a coffee to try was not interested in serving us asked a question and he didn’t even acknowledge and ignored us purposely.And when buying our pods everyone seems so miserable and not wanting to be there hate going in store but it’s easier for us to walk in and get our pods

My partner and myself recently visited the Karrinyup Nespresso store to purchase an newer machine, since ours was over 3 years olds. We spoke with a lady called Jamie and A lovely guy called, Abdul, both where very helpful and couldn’t do enough to help us find a new machine that would suit what my partner and myself drink. We sampled some good coffee and never once felt pressured into buying anything.We bought a Vertuo Plus, and are very happy with our purchase. Both Abdul and Jamie are a credit to the Nespresso brand and the Karrinyup store. We definitely recommend the store, and will shop here in future.

I can't fault the in store service or the experience, we were greeted quickly and walked through the choice of coffee machines with a knowledgeable salesperson. We ended up buying the most expensive one in the range.We were all pretty happy until we noticed that Harvey Norman had the same machine $300 cheaper. Great service - but it does come at a cost.We did ask if they can price match after the sale but the answer is no.know your prices before your enticed by a $300 free coffee.
