Aquarius installed a new ducted air conditioning system in our house. Ian, Kerry and Team were all professional in their dealings with our requirements. On time, great communication, cleaned up any dust & rubbish that had been created. We were impressed and would recommend Aquarius Air Conditioning.

We had Aquarius replace our ducted air-con & couldn’t be happier with the service we received. There was a delay in supply but at every stage Kerry keep us up to date. Ian and his army of tradies arrived & departed at the times we were told they would, each & everyone of them were very easy to have in our home.We would definitely use them again & certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business. 5⭐️

Hi all,Aquarius Air was recommended to me via a neighbour that was most happy with her installation.I recently had Ian Aquarius Air Conditioning give me a quote for an installation. Ian Maloney arrived on time, and in my view, gave most professional advice on what was required for the installation/s. On the day of installation, Ian arrived onsite also and advised/assisted getting his team started on all the requirements. Nothing was overlooked.Ian certainly knows his profession and after the installation/commissioning, all functioned perfectly.I was not only very impressed with the matching of the compressor/condenser and the evaporator, but also with the 2 man team working so well together. My profession is 'marine engineering' looking after all the machinery in a floating city (a ship), and I worked with them. Ian from Aquarius installed aircon in our rear room 20years ago. When time to replace the unit I checked recent reviews online and decided to call Kerry again.In a couple of days we had a quote for three systems and were very pleased with the quote.These folk did a great job - consulting on any detail affecting final appearance and the 3 systems function extremely well. We were happy 20 years ago and extremely happy now - 20 years on.Highly recommended

I have been using Aquarius Air Conditioning (Ian Maloney) since 1988 for various jobs, big and small. Offices, retail premises, residential.Very impressed by the quality of the installation, professionalism, and the most reliable (Daikin) equipment that Ian uses.I find Aquarius to be more than fair and reasonable in their prices, and willing to come back to fix any issues which may arise, They have my full confidence.(Beware of low price quotes from other contractors, by the way, these low quotes, from what I have found, usually represent inferior equipment,or equipment with not enough power to do the job with ease).Aquarius are clean and tidy people who take their rubbish with them, and have disposed of old units (non working other brands) which they replaced for me. Installation is top notch.I cannot recommend Ian and his team at Aquarius highly enough. Continual use of the same company for 32 years speaks for itself.

I would highly recommend Aquarius Air Conditioning. I selected the company to install my first ducted Daikin system nearly 15 yrs ago which has given trouble free service however after a severe thunder storm in Feb this year my aircon failed to work. I called Aquarius again for advice as my previous experience 15 years prior proved them to be knowledgeable, professional, offering a quality aircon system at a price I considered to be extremely good value and I wasn't let down this time as their same high standards were still evident. After their inspection it was found both electronic circuit boards had failed due to a power surge/spike and due to the age of my aircon it proved not cost effective to repair. Aquarius have now installed a new replacement unit again at a very competitive price. Very happy customer!!!

Aquarius Air Conditioning provided a high quality service right from my initial enquiry to the office with Kerry.As arranged Ian then came to see me to give us a quote, he was on time and very helpful in helping me decide which unit might best meet our needs. Ian was very friendly and there was no high pressure sales tactics. He simply left the quote for us to consider and waited for me to contact him as arranged. The quote included disconnection and removal of the old unit and Installation of the new unit with the outside one mounted on wall brackets. Comparing our quotes, Aquarius Air were very competitive and even though they weren’t the absolute cheapest price we felt confident in the company and the service they offered, so we decided to go ahead and order the Daikin Split System Air Conditioner.The guys who came to install the unit were on time and very courteous, very competent and did a great job of removing our old air conditioner and installing the new one.We are amazed at how much more effective this new unit is and how quiet compared with our old unit of same capacity.We would highly recommend Aquarius Air Conditioning to anyone who is in the market for a new air conditioning system.

I am very happy with the quality of service and workmanship Ian and his team provided. So much so that I chose Aquarius Air to do the work in my home at Wahroonga on two occasions. Originally, to replace my ducted floor unit and subsequently 2 years later to replace my wall units. They are friendly, reliable and respectful of your home.

Have been a customer of Aquarius air conditioning for about 16 years. Initially I chose them to install my ducted air and a split system (and later another split system) because Ian actually listened to what I wanted and provided a system to suit. Customer service has been excellent over the years. I have used them in another property and have referred them. Recently a split system was damaged due to lightening.
