Great guys that have gone out of the way to help out. Always alot of bike on the floor to have a look. Had a look at the new Crossfire 500 UTV last week. Impressive

Rubbish pumps. Bought a millers falls transfer pump and after one time pumping from our dam, the oil seal blew. Took it back. They replaced the seal twice in the first pump, as the same issue occurred a send time. Then after a third time, they replaced the pump. Same problem happened! They changed the seal once again, which was another fail! This was the absolute last straw for us and we wanted our money back. Such a waste of time. Due to it being out of warranty the business wanted nothing to do with it! $450 completely wasted!

Best customer service and product support I have every received. John and the family team are excellent. Got my pit bike fixed , first time visiting odes and was blown away with the team here. so much, my wife purchased her first every dirt bike from here last week and my new one is coming soon. Odes have everything you need. Keep up the great work Odes.

What a surreal situation! I walk onto the lot looking at a quad. Old guy comes out and gives the prices of the crossfire rover for $2200 or the crossfire x2 for $3500 I’m deciding between (so in other words I’m spending a couple of thousand bucks) then his phone rings. He just answers it and then walks off... I wait a minute... wait a few more... nope. He’s gone. Seriously WTF??? Perhaps I should have called in advance to ask what time during their opening hours it would suit them for providing a few minutes of service. I’m heading to a dealer in Brisbane as these guys are rubbish.

Brought a 200 cc go cart for two excited boys under 12 years of age.After 17 hours it snapped a valve off, wrecking the motor.I asked for it to be repaired under warranty or our money returned in full.I was told by the owner the cart has been “over revved” and mistreated, I can assure you it wasnt, it still looked like new and was never taken to its top speed.2 year warranty means nothing here, I was told I will have to pay $1200 on top of the $4300 i Paid for the cart for the replacement motor.Lesson learnt - Save your money and spend a little more on a reputable brand, not cheap Chinese junk.After many phone calls I Couldn’t be bothered taking it any further and didn’t want to pay $1200 to have it all happen again, so sold it back to company for $2500, that was an expensive 17 hours.Unfortunately I had to give one star to write a review as it should be 0 stars
