Recommended - Ali and Charles offered friendly service and easy options that aren’t too expensive. I arrived to collect early in the morning and the phone next to the desk made it easy to let them know I was collecting and they were there in minutes, got my bag in seconds. Thanks guys :)

Website says that opening time is 6 am; arrived at 6.06am to be told by the employee of Smarte Carte to wait for a few minutes so he could finish the chapter of the book he was reading, which he did before opening the roller door. What a complete and utter joke!

Arrived in Sydney at 8:40 on Sunday 14th April after flying from Melbourne to drop off luggage as I needed to be at the International terminal by 9am. The roller shutter was closed with nobody in sight. The hours clearly state opening times are 6am and I was able to book a time online from 8.30am. I emailed SmartCarte to let them know that I had to make alternate arrangements and request a refund, but have still not received a reply over 2 weeks later.

Great service and absolutely fitted our needs. Simple to find and easy to get from there to our train back into Sydney centre. No problems at all, would highly recommend if you don’t wanna cart your bags around all day.

we used their service inbetween international flight and domestic flight so we can go sightseeing in Sydney. Great service and friendly staff (his name was Ali) definitely recommend!!

I made a reservation online at 5 o'clock, but I was having a hard time because the opening time was 7 o'clock. However, Ali, a friendly employee, answered the phone and rushed to help. He's so kind and I'm so grateful. Without this man, I can't imagine what my trip would be like. Thank you, Ali.

The service is really good and has a very friendly staff. But being at the airport it is not as cheap compare to other options that you might get in some other places.
