My Property Manager Sarah, was always helpful and attended to any maintenance requirements or other queries regarding the property promptly. The required notification was always given for any upcoming inspections and after our final inspection was completed, the bond return process was started straight away. Non-communicative and unreliable. Managed my property for a year; were really underwhelming. Didn’t seem to care about the owner or the tenant.
