The reception staff are nice but the clinical staff are questionable. Not particularly helpful especially if you are past high school age. Huge waitlists for appointments and then you get nothing in return.

Dr Hayhow and the team are knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Most importantly I have found everyone to be receptive to concerns and have allowed me to be involved in decision making for my own treatment plan

The staff are lovely and no nonsense. I was diagnosed with ASD around April 2022, everything was explained to me simply and easy to understand. The assessment was a bit pricey but honestly worth itAlso there was an adorable kitten in the reception!!
