Service with a smile is a rare commodity today, but that's what you get here. Plus the bonus of people that actually know what they are doing . Extremely efficient in their work. Dropped Off my van at 8am, with a fridge problem on gas. Went for a coffee and barely 30 minutes later job done. Cannot thank Steve and his staff enough.

Booked our caravan in for an RWC & Gas Cert. on a Friday morning 8am,* they were great enough to move the van when done down to the storage place for us ☆☆☆ 3 stars for that & repairs.What we weren't impressed about was to get a call on the following Monday that the RWC & Gas Cert. were ready to be picked up ~ the cost was $542...I had to sit down on the tiles""I repeated the price" "How much is a gas cert?The receptionists said "No

Not a good experience kept on moving the date of the job because he cant keep staff.When i went to collect my equipment that was to be fitted, little steve became abusive,obviously small man syndrome.Doesnt care and didnt want to know about my expenses incurred due to his cancellations.Never again, go elsewhere.

I waited 2.5 weeks for an appointment which was no problem. Told to come just after 7am, got there then, and the boss check the work to be done. Secure a microwave and install a top vent. The vent was the cause of the water damage that was present. The microwave was done. Good job. I got back at the time it was suggested it would be all finished. Only one job done. I asked when the vent was going to be done and was told quite bluntly that he was not going to do the job as he was overbooked. I explained the vent was the piority as rain was predicted in two days. It was then I was told quite bluntly that he didn't have time to fix it an to get another appointment. 3 weeks. My explanation re first cab off the rank surely should have had time to do both jobs. That was time for his crescendo. He yelled at the receptionist telling her to cancel the forward booking. I don't think clients should have to put up with this verbal abuse. Would I go again or recommend this company to anyone, no never. I have given his company what it deserves, a 1. as there are no minuses. Go at your peril.

Steve was able to come to us in Bellara within 2 hrs of contacting him. He quickly found and fixed a problem we've had with the swift hot water service in our van, which we are living in.He was efficient and charged us a very reasonable amount.

Wow! What great service. Had a small problem with our caravan this afternoon that needed to be fixed urgently. Phoned Allterrain and had the problem fixed within the hour. Thanks again Jacob and Steve.

Great service and lovely helpful staff

Caravan in for its first service, Steve couldn't have been more helpful, starting with backing the van into their yard! Work done and extra things noted for the warranty that they will follow up on and get back to us. All done before lunch, really happy with the team, will definitely be getting our services done here for the life of the van. Thanks guys.
