My family were shocked at the passing of our loved one. Unfortunately our beliefs didn't include funeral or service at this time. I was so lost trying to follow my father's wishes of a direct cremation, found the usual family funeral director pushy and not listening or giving me time to process dad's wishes. I had not heard of a scattering urn previously so Emily guided me through, what that would look like. Emily was so caring, and delivered dad's ashes to me which was so unexpected and thoughtful. Safewill Cremations are empathetic, professional, affordable and trustworthy. Direct Cremation is a brilliant option, giving the family time to grieve and think of a memorial or farewell for the loved one, later on so there is no pressure.With Safewill Cremations, I liked to know step by step what was happening, so I was kept informed with dad's collection from the hospital, arrival at the funeral home, cremation time and when the Death Certificate would be organised. Death certificates were provided so I could begin the process of contacting banks, etc for dads deceased estate. Everything was so simple and for people not wanting to be updated regularly it would be even simpler. Thank you Safewill Cremations, I recommend you to everyone I speak to about dad's passing.

Having experienced the sudden death of my Mother, I was reluctant to search the internet for a cremation service provider to fulfil my Mother's wishes.Any doubts were overcome when I contacted Safewill.The whole process was done within two weeks. Along the way, I was kept up to date with each step. They even hand delivered the death certificate to my front door.I highly recommend Safewill.

I cannot recommend Safewill funerals highly enough. We live in the Riverina and when my mum passed suddenly the local undertaker wanted 7K for a basic cremation. I found Safewill online and the whole process with them made such a difficult time a lot easier. I was kept informed every step of the way and the price was less than half of the local undertakers quote. Safewills professionalism and compassion is outstanding and I have no problems recommendeing them to anyone.
