Andrew is happy to take your money, but when you need he's help with an audit he won't answer emails or calls..Terrible service would not recommend at all.

Husband is waiting for a tax summary to be provided for 2018-2019. Called August several times, but never available. Its now October and after a phone call and several message, still haven't received the summary.Finally, at the end of October we received an incorrect payment summary with the attached reason given for the delay - The delay was due to some employer issues

And also the consequences we will face if we don't give all genuine information the ato requires. Not once was I audited or had to pay back anyone due to being misinformed on info of what I need to pay taxes on or from lack of information being told and asked. Austax makes sure you as a client are updated and know everything about how much and why you have to contribute to the tax department, but mainly they informed me what benefits I get back and even gives advice for my family business to get the most returns out of what I contributed and what could be claimed back from the businesses expenses needed so it can operate successfully. Before I became a business owner my previous boss pays a minimum from $500- up to a thousand when it's tax time, and now he gets more same returns and advice for under $200! It's because Austax always asks the right questions and even though they are in high demand they will make sure to see you if they are in your area. I have been using Austax express for the last few years and referred him to all my colleagues and family members and they all referred austax express to their own family and work mates as well. a real by the books company that knows tax and knows what we are allowed and not allowed to claim for every work industry out there.
