Very bad customer service. Applied for many jobs, and didn't get neither a rejection email nor a phone call. It's like my CV just went into an ether, and they just didn't care enough to tell me if I got the job or not! You watch - they will write this a Fake Review" when it is not. Avoid at all costs!"

Brad & Janine and all the staff at Sherlock Software are fantastic. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful ALWAYS. They have much patience and talk you through your issues and help you solve them. They teach you along the way and arm you with the knowledge to solve the issues yourself for the future. We have been with Sherlock for our Holiday Property Management company for over 8 years now. Phil, Ray, Kristy and all the team are a wealth of information and provide amazing service....there's nothing they can't do. Over the years, they have put in so much time, effort and resources into developing the software we use and it has definitely saved us time with how efficient the programs are - for us as the agents, owners, trades and our guests. We're even more excited for all the new and upcoming ideas they have and are always working on new ways to improve. Thanks guys!
