Ty and his team at JAX Bondi Junction are the most Professional kind and helpful team I have dealt with. They bent backwards to complete my car on time and been absolutely awesome. Very good services and the best price for the tyres. I also get the run I want in a few days. So quick. They also give you a support after installation. That's very nice of them. I will go back there for sure. I recommend this place

Incredible service from the team! They went above and beyond for me to sort my Nissan pathfinder ready for my road trip around Australia. Special mention to Bill who explained everything so well to ensure I understood everything and kept me updated with everything they were doing, as well as arranging further inspection for me. Specifically told the receptionist -- please please please call us before you do any work on the car as 1) we have had a fire at our house this week and cannot afford to do any additional repairs 2) we are considering sending this car to the wreckers if there is work that needs to be done as we are waiting for our new car to arrive.- He did not call us and proceeded to do the service anyway- Came back and said we not going to do the pink slip unless you do over a grand of work on the car- I had to pay $350 for a service on a car that was going to the wreckers.What a waste. After the week with the had with the fire I didn't have the energy to argue and just wish he would have followed directions and called us before doing the service.This place used to have great customer service when I went there a while ago. Anyone who was actually listening to the circumstance I presented would have checked in as surely there is no point to change the oil on a car that was going to the wreckers!?

Bill at JAX Tyres and Auto Bondi Junction was by far the most professional, HONEST, likeable and customer service oriented person I have ever met in the tyre business. Frankly, I was shocked at how much he cared about my bottomline, not the business' ( how rare is that!) and the time he took to educate and empower me as a car owner. Thank you Bill -what a special experience.

Went for a nail repair but told it couldn't be fixed, so had to buy a new tyre instead. Had a look after the job was done and paint was chipped/scratched off my wheel. Upon alerting staff of the issue I was told sorry all care was taken, these things happen and there's nothing we can do. Just so disappointing when I try to take such great care of my car but these so called professionals end up damaging it. Frustrated with the interaction and will likely take my car elsewhere in future.

Went there for the first time this week. Really impressed by the professionalism of the staff, both in the office and the technicians in the workshop. Had my tyres done, process was straight forward, quick and received good pricing. Will definitely be back.

Good service. Friendly experience. The experience was 'easy'. We had some bad luck with punctures... And had to go there a few times in a year.When we called they asked for our rego, confirmed our name and we ordered the same as what we got last time... what we needed was couriered/ delivered that day and ... Hey presto new rubber on our car that day. Their stock of standard sized tires is big but our size is low profile and not standard. So ... Great service to get not in stock rubber on our car that day. And I rang after lunch.

The guys at Jax did a fantastic job replacing our entire brake system (a huge job), they fit us in next day and made sure to charge us less than we'd been quoted elsewhere. The service was so good that even when we'd left town, and needed some additional calibration, but were 5hours' away from the nearest Jax Tyres, Tyrone personally contacted a local mechanic to ensure someone made the minor adjustments we needed and although it was our decision to leave town before double checking the new system, they offered to pay the mechanic to include it in the cost of what we had done.We've been exceptionally happy with the entire process.
