Bella Vista Laundrette

I've been going to this laundromat since our washing machine broke in November. The store is kept clean, the machines are new and well looked after, there is clear signage explaining how everything works. The machines themselves are brilliant you can do an 18kg or 23kg wash in under half an hour. I've put off buying a new washing machine simply because I can do a weeks worth of washing sometimes around 40-60kg and have it washed, dried and folded within 3 hours. It makes doing laundry much more manageable as when you leave everything's done. They have two benches which you can use to fold your clothes on whilst your waiting for you next load to wash or dry. Can't recommend Bella Vista Laundrette enough!

Machines are great, cleaning staffs? Not so much, I went in with trolley full of clothes, I've got like 30 KGS of clothes so I used a trolley and as soon as I walked in the cleaning staff told me not to take trolley inside. I said I'm going to use dryer and she was like don't leave your trolley here. I replied back to her and asked her if she saw me leaving a trolley she's allowed to tell me that but I haven't even walk in and she was already telling me off. She didn't say either sorry nor apologizing for it. It's wasn't a nice experience when you getting told not to do while you wasn't even doing a thing yet.

I was waiting by this laundrette for my partner to finish shopping at the Woolworths next door and I witnessed the cleaning staff push a lady and her trolley and when the lady confronted her it was then that the cleaning lady said she was not allowed to come with a trolley, there are no signs that say this anywhere, after she opened the door to leave the cleaning staff pushed the glass door behind her extremely hard. It was quite upsetting to see this as the lady with the trolley was not told previously and there are no signs either. The cleaning lady is a woman in her mid 40’s with a foreign accent and dark hair. I will also be reporting what I have witnessed to the police and I hope there are cctv footage. Please be careful if you are visiting this laundrette when the lady is in the premises as she seems violent.. looking at reviews it seems like it’s not the first time she has done this. This is horrendous for the reputation of this business.

Hastle free self service laundry service for a affordable price. Visited the place twice for dryer service and at 4 dollars a decent size dryer comes which is enough to dry 2 loads of washed clothes. One load of drying takes 28 mins and clothes come out dry and hot! Would recommend this service

This laundromat is kept immaculately clean, including all the machines being cleaned inside & out.In an easy to get to convenient location.3 different sizes of washing machines, including large 27kg machines perfect for large comforters, doonas etc.2 sizes of dryers, including a large 34kg dryer perfect for blankets.Will definitely make this our regular laundromat for all our bedding laundry needs.

I only recently discovered this place. Great big machines to wash and dry. Clean. Affordable. Love it.

The laundrette is very clean and well kept . I especially like the dryer with levels of heat to choose.
