I bought a ring from Trent at Diamond Vault and the service was amazing. The ring itself was very well priced and great quality. Trent came in after hours to allow for me to pick it up after work. The turn around time was very quick from ordering to having it ready. The experience could not have been better. I highly recommend the Diamond Vault.

I visited the Diamond Vault today with a query about a ring I own. I was extremely impressed with the shop and the quality and range of pieces on display. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and happy to help me. They went above and beyond what I would have ever expected, particularly as I was not there with the intention to purchase. I left with a clear answer to my question as well as a more in-depth knowledge about my diamond. Craig did a great job combining my opal pendant into a silver sea fan coral piece I had, so I had him make a solid gold choker out of some old scrap gold my mum had given me. Absolutely delighted with his craftsmanship and service, thank you Craig! Awesome job, highly recommend.
