Receptionist is rude, twice today I called and I got turned away for an appointment even though they received my referral from gp last Friday. I’ll be going elsewhere now for the help I need.

Very hard too communicate Phone always rings out and when answered Receptionist sue is extremely rude and unhelpful and mental health nurse Marie is very unhelpful and doesn’t engage. This is not a place to get help and needs to be looked into as this is the only mental health service available on the Yorke peninsula.
