I only have praise for my recent experience with eNerds - the issue was resolved promptly and the tech was able to resolve another issue I had and clearly explained how it came about. These are difficult and challenging times and at any time an IT issue can be frustrating and all you want is it to be fixed - I highly recommend the patience and professional manner of eNerds.

eNerds has been our outsourced IT provider for 13 years on and off since 2003. We watched them grow from a 3 person group to a multi-national organisation. Over all those years eNerds maintained a personal touch and were always very professional and very quick to respond. I have to note as well they have an incredibly high staff retention rate, and that's really something these days.
