Honest Review .Wouldn't have even given one star, except I wanted to post my own experience with them today. .Terrible service with the guy that I spoke to today. Hadnt been any work done re my muffler when I arrived to collect the car .Then tried to feed me a bs story as to why, then tried to feed me another bs story to charge me double for them to then fix the muffler . So left, went to Middas Mufflers instead, received excellent service, muffler done immediately, and paid half the price of what Vroom wanted to charge me . .

Husband went to book in to have exhaust done and the customer service was disgusting !Ended up walking out as the service was non existent. Too much trouble to speak and give polite customer service.
