I visit Redbank Dental Centre for my dental care. Everytime I have visited and been seen by Dr Stephanie I have found the experience to be as gentle as possible which is quite reassuring as I tend to get anxious prior. Yesterday I visited to have my a mouth guard impression done so I can bleach my teeth. The service provided was exceptional. I highly recommend this dental practice. The staff on reception are awesome too! I can not fault them on anything.

Dr Dean was very professional and welcoming of my son who had his first dental visit today. He felt very comfortable and although he was in pain he came home and said “dr was very nice” mum.

Very welcoming, great customer service. Dr Chin made sure I was aware of all my options and costs involved. It made my final decision much easier to choose. Dr Chin and staff made sure I was comfortable and pain free several times during my operation. Recommend Redbank dental care to anyone and everyone.

Dr Dean is exceptional in his field of dentistry! He is very informative, honest and has a lovely bedside manner. He was brilliant with myself, my husband and my two children making ourexperience very pleasant. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Nice to see a warm welcoming smile. There should be more people on earth like you. Ps thank you also to your lovely assistant........ such a kind and caring person. Also i should mention the the wonderful girls on reception who are super patient and helpful. So great to have awesome 5 star customer service. Its a credit to you all!

Stephanie was amazing my 5yo son. He was very anxious and she took utmost care to reassure him, check in with him and explain the whole process of his check up. Left the room very happy and proud of himself! I think dentist appointments will be a lot easier in the future because of Stephanie's efforts to provide a positive experience.Thank you!

I have been in to see Dr dean twice now and he has been incredible. i have had a couple of issues with my teeth and he has been very straight forward and really helpful. He hasn’t been pushy for me to get other issues fixed like other dentists and has given me options to potentially make things cheaper.
