Worst woolworths I’ve ever been to. No staff rostered on checkouts at 6pm on Wednesday. Waited 20mins to be served, very poor!!

Usually incredibly well stocked and tidy, though recently there have been some stock issues with Lactose free milk.The staff are always so kind and friendly, a year and a half shopping here several times a week and I have zero complaints about the customer service.The store is well laid out and I love that the produce staff always go out of their way to say hi- I haven't found that in many stores and as it's the first area you usually enter it's nice. Click and collect is usually flawless with an occasional brief wait, and only once out of maybe 30 orders were the bags packed poorly.The staff are exceedingly patient and sweet with my young kids, which makes a huge difference for my stress levels. Love this store.

The last two times i have been there and tried to check out with a few items where they have three registers and sell the cigarettes multiple woman staff have been there 2 and 3 respectively complaining about their hours and just ignored me. I said to them today should I shop somewhere else and was given no service just filthy looks. I had to go to the self checkout to purchase my items. I will not shop at Burpengary Woolworths again as this is happening regularly the worst service ever just whingers i would not employ any of them.

Burpengary Woolworths in our experience, have always provided excellent service. The event yesterday certainly proved this statement when a shoulder bag was left in a trolley, not discovered until our return home. Going back to the store, it had been handed in to service desk. The trolley man was so helpful and prepared to assist until it was found. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP.

Bad experience today at Woolworths Burpengary. Only one single checkout open on a Saturday and it wasn't even 4pm. A queue 5 trolleys deep there and at the self checkouts. The self check out I used was filthy.
