Love the produces, a bit overpriced sometimes but good bargains at the front. However at checkout you need to be vigilant as 4 times out of 5 the “seconds” get scanned at normal price, even when you tell staff it is from outside

Lamb rack rip off. Bought a rack of lamb that seemed to have a good weight to it. Was $40 but the weight was a lump of fat on top. Won't ever buy racks from here again. Standard supermarket bought racks are better

Check your receipts at the store! After getting home I realised I’ve been overcharged on multiple fruit & veg items, which added up to a significant amount of money. This issue was resolved by the supervisor the following day. The supervisor was very professional, courteous and empathetic

Good selection of products and produce but make sure you check your receipt twice! And do it in store! Every time we shop here, we are overcharged/double-charged for at least 1 product. And, as has been mentioned here already, selected items marked on special are charged at full price. Spoke to an unsympathetic supervisor today who blamed the young, inexperienced staff for 'pushing the wrong button.' Daylight robbery plain and simple. We never had these issues with the old management.

Great produce but buyer beware! Prices and specials are no reflection of what you actual pay at checkout! Staff have no clue nor care if its wrong either. Over and over I come there and have to debate and proove that their labels are wrong if even if in eye site of their till! Pretty embarrising that I have to find the product take a photo of the ticket and then run back for checkout to call management and still have zero appology nor remorse. For example Special pasta $2.49 still charged $5+ then buying four packets is $10 i can spend on better things. Out of a $150 ticket of great produce not much but just unlawful and i allways doubt what i buy here!!!

Good selection of produce of healthier, independent brands but I have on occasion have gone home with milks and produce way past their expiry dates, and have also been double charged for items so I’d highly recommend checking your receipts.

Don’t bother shopping here if you intend to pay with cash. Your time is not considered important as your choice of checkout is significantly restricted so expect to wait in line.I get that most people prefer the convenience of digital pay but for those who don’t, give us a dedicated counter.

Great products but although we are encouraged to buy the imperfect fruits and veggies we are very often charged the full price , this after mentioning to the cashier it is from outside. Today we had a condescending Myrna, who overcharged us on 2 out of 8 items. She then slammed our bag down wishing us a good day
