Requested a quote to fix the pump that was a bit loud, as a result not working pump. Had to buy a new one. Stay away, do not recommended to anyone! Will never go with their services ever again.

I had a very bad experience with them and do not recommend to go with them!!! Because they are franchise and does not care about service at all.1. They might not be from local. Jim's will send your job to a random nearby franchisee, and you would have no clue where exactly this guy located and they may come from far away. They will not look after you.2. They doing job in rush. They did my job for like 3 hours and charged high price and not even finishing the job properly.3. NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE SERVICE. You call Jim's they push to franchisee, you call franchisee they just ignore you. Believe me, once the money is paid, they don't care.Wish my experience can help you.
