Hands down the best remedial builders in Sydney! The roof of our building had so many water leaks, we couldn't keep count. After years of trying to patch leaks, we contracted Structial to complete a full roof waterproofing overhaul. Their team was professional and prompt. Their workmanship was second to none and we haven't had a leak since!

These builders were recommended to me by an engineer I really trust to undertake some complex remedial work to my property, dealing with groundwater and foundation issues. As a team they were completely straightforward, professional, trustworthy and hugely competent. From the top down the communication is excellent, the follow through is reliable and most importantly the result is a successful resolution of the original problem. Structial completed the construction work for a major renovation of our indoor pool facility. The work required major hydraulic, acoustic, and design features in a quite difficult site.Our current pool area is almost unrecognisable from the dingy space it was previously. The work of the site manager and contractors and their attention to detail has been excellent.
