Fantastic service. I was running late for my appointment and they still found a way to accomodate me. The woman who did the treatment for me (laser hair removal) listened to my concerns about areas that I felt had previously been neglected by other clinics and made sure she took extra care to treat those spots.

I’ve received laser hair removal multiple times from LSA. The staff are lovely and very professional. They always make me feel comfortable and check in that I’m doing okay.

Would never go anywhere else for my laser or injectables. Amazing customer service every time, the team are all very sweet it’s super clean (I’m very picky) and I never wait long to be seen. I see Nick for my injectables and hands down the most gentle and thorough nurse I’ve ever had.

I have been receiving laser treatments for about year in Prahan, but there has been a recent staff change. During my most recent treatment, the process was unusually fast, and caused me significant pain. The staff who attended my treatment refused to slow down the process, and instead reduced the setting to the number lower than what I used to. Even with the reduction in the setting, she kept treatment super fast which didn't make any difference in my pain. Not to mention she wasn't paying attention to specific areas that are harder to remove hair. All it means more sessions for the customers without even getting the desired result!

BAD experience! Don’t go there.unprofessional and low service, the consultation was basic the therapist didn't look on the area I want to get the treatment, just asked the same questions from the form which I already filled.The treatment was awful, the therapist doesn't know what areas she needs to be done and didn't look before she started on my skin or the hair just did all the same power level although I have difference between hair growth and she wasn’t thorough keep skip on parts She did everything hastily and without attention.In addition to all this I've been charged more than I told when I booked my appointment.

Came in for laser, it was quick and easy.Staff are very friendly and very accommodating for my first treatment. I was a little nervous walking in but felt very comfortable doing the treatment and the whole process from start to finish. I was served by Millie, she is a great asset to the team!
