Two Stars for shipping packaging. Three times I have have received items in boxes FAR larger than necessary padded out with a wasteful amount of inflatable packaging protectors. It doesn't matter if these inflatable protectors are recyclable or reusable, you need to actively work on reducing the need for them. Kinda makes me not want to use your website again. See photo, all that box and filler for just a set of bars.Edit: I appreciate the thoughtful reply from the company, thank you.

Simply a great retail experience every time.All product categories have custom filters useful for said category making it easy to find what you need, the search function actually works on their site, everything is fairly priced, product pages have detailed descriptions and recommendations which are not just copied from the manufacturers, returns are easy and without fuss, and best of all they never fail to ship my orders same day.I’ve received every single order next business day even without paying for express shipping and shipping is free more often than not. Great business that I will continue to support.

Order went in Wednesday morning at which by early afternoon it was picked, packed and sent. Notification came from AUS Post Wednesday afternoon. On Friday morning the order was delivered in all its glory, perfectly packed. Great range. No fuss online purchasing. Great description of products on line. Will definitely be coming back.

One of the best online retailers I've experienced. I've place several orders to date and all have be delivered to Brisbane within a week, which ain't bad given the shipping was free and the speed of our couriers here in Australia :)I had a dropper post fail a few months after buying and the MTB Direct team were amazing. I got on their Live Chat on a Sunday afternoon and by Wednesday (3 days later) I had a new dropper, massive kudos.On another instance I ordered the wrong bearings and the staff quickly identified what I actually needed and offered a refund if I returned the items and sent our the correct ones which I thought was great given it was my stuff up.Website is also great and I really appreciate the product descriptions written by a real person and not just a copy paste from the manufacturer. The only slight con would be the range is not as vast as some other stores, but I'll be shopping here if I can, keep up the good work.

Great service from MTB Direct usually, shipping, price, etc... and in the past warranty support.I bought a top end dropper, developed the squish few months in th 24 month warranty, told to service in well before 100 hour 12month service interval. Further discussion with MTB Direct warranty support person then told me to take to a local bike shop, if they thought it was warranty, I should send back.BS - why is a bike shop going to help me with a product I bought online.I'll think twice about future purchases from MTB Direct.

I received my backpack today. I just wanted to say thanks. Also that the item is fantastic, postage was super fast, it was packed well and you had the best price I could find. Your website was easy to use, the check out process also very easy. Speedy process from payment to delivery. Great range but the online systems are poor. Lots of issues with pricing and when returning items. Confusion over returns with multiple boxes. Even the staff seemed confused. Some items were not refunded after they had been received so keep a track of them. The staff are good though, just the systems they use are poor. Just dont return anything any yall be rite! :-)

Always had a great experience with MTB direct - great products, prices & service.But this past few days has exceeded exceptional service!! Christmas Day my sons opened their new helmets. One of them bizarrely has a different head basket size - too small compared to the other & cannot be adjusted. I took some photos side by side & emailed MTB on Sunday Boxing Day. I received an email that evening from Jake who agreed it was strange but that the company Lazer was closed for few more weeks. We discussed what I’d done via daily emails on public holidays & agreed there must be a manufacturing error & because my son is without a helmet Jake organised a replacement helmet to be express posted to us today Tuesday 28/12 whilst we wait to hear from Lazer on what they want to do with the faulty helmet.Cannot be more thankful at the ease & smoothness of this process on what is a very odd issue. I’ve recommended MTB direct before but now I would recommend only them! Thankyou so much!!

Received an item that was unfortunately label with the wrong barcode by the manufacturer and MTB direct were on it instantly when I emailed them about what had happened. They shipped out a new pair straight away. The best customer service I’ve ever had.
