Lakes Tiles

The tiles looked great, air conditioned comfort appreciated with outside temps around 39°C+ today. Unfortunately we were buying a 2nd hand desk chair which was stored upstairs. The stock fine but it was like walking into a sauna. Wise not to go upstairs on very hot days.

The young man that served us yesterday when we went into buy tiles for our bathroom reno was very helpful. His good knowledge helped us make an easy decision. Prices were very comparable. Would highly recommend Lakes Tiles.

They carry a great range of tiles and great prices, I have used Lakes Tiles five or six times over last 15 years and will keep going back in the future....great work Lakes Tiles

I would not recommend Lakes Tiles at Charmhaven. Purchase some 2nd tiles for a back area, was informed that the tiles had some imperfect. I payed for the tiles & then waited for over an hour for the team to repack the tiles to hide the tiles that had some manufacturers marks on them, it was a blue ink mark (I have try everything to remove the marks on about a third of the tiles we bought) I called the office & was asked to take photos & send them on, which I did. We could return the tiles but it's about an hour drive & the tilers had started. Matt the young guy I talked to said that he helped to repack the tiles & he said ( I don't remember seeing the marks) I found that very hard to believe, as some of the tiles with marks on them also have numbers written on them in pencil ( I guess they where counting the tiles) I would have to recommend to the company don't lie to a customer's as bad news travels fast. Please don't waste your time buying tiles from this company, if you do check EVERY TILE.Very dissatisfied customer

Ladies in showroom were very helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend
