Avoid if possible. Reception is Rude. Doctors are snappy. DONT BOTHER. And if you have any mental health problems don't see Dr Love. He is a STRANGE strange doctor and treats his patients like NO doctor I have ever seen before ( I've had a stroke and seen my fair share of Doctors and Specialists ) AVOID Dr love!!!

Dr Nilanthi is inconsiderate, rude and coercive. She should have her license stripped.

My doctor is okay but the receptionist is unbelievable on the phone, so rude and not listening to a word I say, I’m on medication for bipolar and psychosis and needed to check I was able to do something with them and after being rude about the whole situation telling me I needed to make an appointment for a 5 second conversation and being on medication that im on for very serious stuff I needed to know if I was able to hand in one script THEY MESSED UP so I can get my correct medication but her idea was to make me wait 2 weeks without medication to wait for an appointment for a 5 second conversation then pay $80 for a yes or no simple answer. I’ve talked to my doctor and he’s more then fine with taking calls over questions like this and she then had the audacity to hangup

Have moved away from this practice as many of the doctors do not do face to face and administration has continued to cause grief with accounts and payments. Administration also failed to adequately support my move to a new practice causing unacceptable delay including data errors and no confirmation of information being received by new GP. Disappointed

I made an enquiry using the website's chat-like system. Someone saw it and called me but I couldn't answer the phone because I was at work. I then messaged them again using the chat system and have not heard from them at all. I had no choice but to call but the receptionist could not answer any of my questions. And they didn't even try to help me - why are you a GP and not a receptionist helping people in need? What is the receptionist for? I had no choice but to find another GP.This place is very unfriendly and I would recommend elsewhere.

I visited this clinic recently. I arrived before the time of my appointment so I wouldn't keep the Doctor waiting! Well, it was the opposite, After waiting for more then an hour, I went to the front desk to enquire if I had missed my appointment and the young lady checked and said no and there is still 2 people in front of you, I waited for another half an hour and then finally I get to see the Doctor, which by this time is nearly 2 hours. I finally hear my name being yelled out from down the hall, she doesn't even come out to waiting room to get me. No apology or sorry I am running late, nothing. My time with the Doctor was rushed, I felt she wasn't present with me or really cared, she was in a hurry, she writes out a script, no explaining anything about the medication she wanted me to take and if any side effects I could have. I walked out feeling I waited all that time for that experience. NEVER AGAIN, I will find another practice where they truly CARE for their patients. People don't CARE how much you know

I booked an appointment for my partner on a Sunday with the expectation that we would be charged $120. Without informing us, the doctor billed us for a long consultation, raising the cost to $160. The appointment only consisted of the doctor providing generic medical advice, without referral or any other care provided. In essence, this was most unprofessional. All alterations to fees and charges should be discussed prior to issuing a bill.
