When looking to get a fit out done, i was searching for shop fitters in Melbourne and contacted 3 businesses including Joinery By Design.Shortly after my enquiry, i received a call back from Steven, where he reviewed my concept and provided a quote to me when he said he would. All in the time it took only 1 of the other businesses to get back to me.In an industry of where being punctual and professional is not abundant, the team at JBD simply handled my project professionally and made sure that they met my expectations. I had Steve come down and measure up a new kitchen. All I can say is professionalism is second to none. There were on time, really helped me put together my kitchen the way I wanted it, provided professional advice and gave me professional drawings. The quality of work is outstanding; it simply speaks for it's self. Even a week later when I realized that one of the doors was not closing right, they came back out the next day just to fix it up. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are fantastic.
