What a great sofa, amazing value for money and a very easy buying experience. The quality was even better than in the photos. There were some dramas on my side with pick up and delivery - Giles was very flexible and helpful through it all. Thank you!

My partner and I bought a sofa bed from Emily and Giles last weekend and wanted to thank them both for their outstanding customer service. We noticed the ad on Facebook and they responded quickly, answering any questions and really trying to work around us to organise an inspection time. They went above and beyond to help us out, delivering the sofa bed that afternoon (on a Saturday...) and even dropping us home after our inspection! The couch looks great in our living room - thanks again BWF!

Wow, fantastic service and a great product. I contacted Giles yesterday afternoon (Saturday) and he responded immediately. He answered my questions, provided photos then arranged delivery for this morning (Sunday). The sofa arrived in time, exactly as advertised and we couldn't be happier with it. Best and easiest furniture shopping experience we've ever had, thank you Giles. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again.
