Disappointing, given a quote to do a job and when it is harder than they thought bump the price by 50%. It is not the cost it is the principal. You quote a job at a price that was agreed to and then do the job. For a local business you are shooting yourself in the foot. We won’t be back.

For 18 years I've had a special piece made and I loved dealing with Jim. The last 2 years the daughter has taken over and charges like a wounded bull, but to quote me $1200 For Stirling silver looped earrings I think broke my trust and offended me to write this review. Your a suburban jewellers who rely on locals and I think your daughter has forgotten this. Good bye

Was quoted $20 to take links out of a watch band. Not only did it take a whole day to do it Jim then decided to charge a extra $10 on top of an already agreed price because “it was very difficult to do, I should’ve charged more”

I recommend Greenwood Jewellers to all of my friends and family. Their services and products are of the best quality and very reasonably priced. They are always friendly and helpful when I am in the store. I always take my jewellery to them to be repaired and any new purchases will come from their store. I buy all of my gifts from them and the recipients are always complimentary of the product and quality. My partner recently got my engagement ring from there and they took the time to design the ring with him, find a diamond that would fit the design and it is absolutely perfect!
