After finding a great unit in a highly competitive rental market, and it also being my first time attempting to rent in sydney. My agent Zac Melamed introduced himself friendly and professionally, and proceeded to go above and beyond in helping me secure the property swiftly at asking price, and more importantly to understand each stage of the process, from application to moving in and even checking after the fact if i was comfortable. An͏ excellent experienceWhen deciding to sell our home in Centennial Park, we were courted by 4 different agents from the area. It was difficult to choose between them as to who would be able to get us the outcome we wanted, in a market which was volatile with rapidly rising interest rates affecting both buyers borrowing capacity, and buyer confidence and desire to pay what a property is worth.We chose Alex Smith as not only did we like his straightforward, no-nonsense demeanour, his sales history and results were excellent and whilst we could have chosen an agent specific to Centennial Park, choosing Alex and the team from Paddington gave us a broader market reach of potential buyers.We chose to go to market 5 weeks out from Christmas which gave us all 4 days from decision to sell, to going on market.
