REIQ

This course is super hard! I studied this course online at home and found out after I signed up the REIQ course is much harder than the courses other providers offer. REIQ also requires you to get 100% on every assessment before they pass you which is really difficult with remote learning. Assessment questions are ambiguous and vague in what they're asking for, but then the assessors are VERY specific in the answers they want in your answers. The assessors are really slow to make submissions unless you pay the extra for express marking which seems like a wrought. The tutors are amazing and really helped me through some modules where I was struggling after resubmitting multiple times.

I was on the old system and did my registration course, I found it great completing the course in my own time after a few days in-person getting started.The training team were always an amazing help and great to work with. Look forward to getting my full Cert IV one day!

I have completed my full licence with REIQ and I was extremely happy with the course. It was informative, provided the necessary skills and knowledge, and was easy to navigate.Yes, there are mistakes in the course content, and even some ambiguity. However, a bit of common sense helped to overcome these concerns. The REIQ course facilitators are readily available for you if any clarification is needed along the way.(I might add that I have 2 degrees and when undertaking these it was also common to find errors in course content, etc. It sucks, but in life you have to sometimes work things out the hard way, you will learn more that way.)The course facilitators were very knowledgeable and have real life experience to draw on, definitely worth attending the course in person.Jeff Irvine, the head of training is great to deal with and takes a vested interest in you, he is always available on the phone or by email.Overall, my experience with REIQ has been positive and I would not hesitate in recommending others to do their training through this organisation; and I have already referred friends and colleagues.

As what i have experience and heard some students that are enrolled in REIQ, we find it very frustrating, stressful and makes my brain all drained of doing the assessment like i almost giving up but i have to keep going because i paid for it and it was my passion and dream of becoming a real estate agent. But with the help of one on one student support session it was very helpful and i was thankful for helping me to finished my course. But still im gonna refer REIQ to my friends if only they can give them more easier student resources. Thank You REIQ

The course is highly complicated and very challenging! It's as if you're in a NASA course! The trainers are polite, some assessors like ms Selinda are very offensive ,she acts and provides feedback as I am a complete idiot!!!! Ms Selinda all I needed was respect and helping me to find the correct answer and learn. This lady specially and some other assessors offer no assistance and only serve to further confuse you. They refer you to the learning guide, however it's complete nonsense. There aren't any precise explanations, examples, or practises; it's more like a daily magazine than a resource for learning. I decided to write an email to student support for assistance after making multiple submissions again and obtaining unclear feedbacks from trainers, but they weren't helpful and instead made things more difficult for me!I spent thousands of dollars hoping to gain new knowledge and receive quality service, but REIQ left me feeling confused, furious, and frustrated without teaching me anything.

The REIQ and all there staff are absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful. As of today I have just completed my Cert IV in Real Estate Practice and could not be happy with the service that was provided from our amazing training who provided face to face support and introduction into the assessment, to the markers who were very prompt with returning assessment even going as far to mark my final assessment earlier and the lovely ladies from the REIQ support from the email support to the phone calls was such a help. Highly recommend

The course facilitator, Rob Honeycombe was great. He used plenty of real-life experiences and real-world examples to help ground the course in reality. The course work was a little challenging at times but I managed to work through it all fine - support is always available for those who need it and I found Jeff Irvine from REIQ Student Support to be both helpful and encouraging. You are given 6 months to complete the assessments however, I managed to complete the course work in a little over 6 weeks. This was while working so would likely be shorter for those who are studying the course full time. In summary, I had a great experience all 'round and I can't wait to get started in my new real estate career! Thanks, REIQ!

I first did my real estate certificate with REIQ back in 2008 in rooms locally in Hervey Bay then I recently decided to undertake my full license online and even more recently I added an auctioneer license The support online was great and answered any questions I had. Would recommend REIQ courses to anyone wanting to update their skills.
