A popular ferry service. The terminal was easy to find and park at. A handy coffee bar for while you wait to board. The vouchers for soft drinks and food were useful, making it a very good value trip. All clean and comfortable, polite staff, and a smooth trip. Great fun and a lovely trip.

Nice family friendly island resort with loads of fun activities to keep everyone happy and occupied. Few different places to eat, drink and relax. Staff are nice and friendly. Prices are a bit on the expensive side but no different to any other island resort.

Well organised ferry system. Do arrive early to get your tickets and parking. Street parking is easy. I paid for secure parking. It wasn't that secure. Rows were narrow, and you could park anywhere in the paddock behind the $20 boom gate. Staff on board were efficient and very polite.

Staff were helpful but l don't believe it to be really wheelchair friendly. The staff also need to speak up when they see children doing the wrong thing. I find that the resort is a lot bigger now and a lot of it's attractions are too expensive

Great little connection to the ferry for tangalooma, toilets where abit how you going. But otherwise it’s a great area, parking is abit scarce and definitely needs abit more room to accommodate the amount of people

Tangalooma Island Resort Ferry Terminal
The ferry is comfortable and spacious. Plenty of room to move and sufficient conveniences on board. The staff were lovely both on and off the boat and it's a great way to see along the mouth of the Brisbane River. It is however, quite expensive and there are no cheaper options, so they have the monopoly on transportation to the resort. That said it is a very pleasant trip.

Ferry terminal for access to Tangalooma island resort. Bookings to be done online. Arrive at the terminal about 45 minutes prior to departure to check booking and ensure other boarding processes. Staff at the terminal are helpful. Ample passenger seating options. A cafe is available adjoining the terminal. Parking spaces available aplenty.
