Great gym with excellent facilities and equipment. All of the Trend team are lovely and polite, trainers are extremely knowledgeable and motivating. Well done Holly and Steve for creating such a great environment for everyone of all fitness levels to come get fit, healthy and strong.

I am very happy with this gym, staff are nice and they have a good variety of equipment and enough of it for a busy day. Only reason for 4 stars is because, I dislike the music they play a lot and its very loud so unless you have good noise-canceling headphones it is super distracting when it is blasting over my own music. But I can’t say I speak for everyone so that is just a personal preference.

I love going to this gym to train. I'm getting awesome results from gym and also the classes which are ran by excellent personal trainers. Everyone is friendly, the place has a no judgment policy which makes it easy to turn up each day. The staff are lovely to have a chat with and creche is excellent aswell. My daughter has her little friends in there and loves the lady's that run it. It is also a very clean and tidy gym. I'm so glad I came across this gym! Thanks TREND FITNESS

I've been going here for 3 years or so and it's my favourite gym I've ever gone too. The membership prices are awesome especially for being a 24/7 hour gym. Other gyms ive gone too in the past used to give me so much anxiety especially as a female using the weight sections I dont feel that here, doesn't feel like a male dominated gym, feels equal, and if a PT sees you need help on a form they are more than happy to help and not make you feel like an idiot. Love it here and close to home.

If you like DAYS of OUR lIVES or BOLD and THE BEAUTIFUL this is the gym for you, full of gossip and unfriendly staff. Has a terrible atmosphere. And Parents maybe check the creche out before you use.

Best gym in the Seaford area. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Owners are positive and friendly, staff are helpful, and even though I'm in the 'mature aged' category, I feel comfortable and like I belong. Thanks Holly and Steve

Went with my hubby for the info session of the 12 week challenge, the owners are lovely people, the staff/trainers very knowledgeable and friendly.
