I was a tenant for 15 & half years. Throughout those years I had never once faltered with my Rent Payments & took great pride kerping the property immaculate. Due to the years re lack of maintenance & repairs, I had sustained Permanent Physical Structural Injuries where a Legal Law Suit was taken out against Ray White & the Landlord Peter Houston. I was then given Notice To Leave Without Grounds ". An Order of Possession of the house was taken out on me to be settled via a QCAT hearing. I presented a full written history of the house from 26 January 2008 right up to May 2022 re the condition of the house which was built in 1969. Displaying just a couple of numerous complaints such as a Leaking Roof where the ceiling was covered with water marks & Black Mould - Back door on rainy days would not close that I had to tie a rag to the handle of the door
