So typical of the Pilbara.Lack of interest poor customer service, as always in the Pilbara everything is so far away from the next town services that you either like it or lump it.Went in for a gas bottle refill only to be told that they only fill gas bottles on certain days and this particular day wasn't one of them, mind you when asked the question they said they could do the refill as they had the staff to do it but because it was the wrong day of the week they weren't interested in helping out.No wonder this country is going backwards at an alarming rate.Wake up to yourselves. Needless to say I won't be back to ever purchase anything again I'd rather drive to Perth

Always friendly, even when they are busy. Staff will help look for alternatives if they dont have exactly what you need.

Like all hardware, at the moment stock levels are low due to problems sourcing goods from overseas. We need to produce more in Australia.
