What an incredible experience I had at Monroe Body Contouring & Shaping. From the moment you walk in to the luxurious space at the Freedom Suites, you are greeted with Carlie’s beautiful smile. You instantly feel calm and taken care of. Every detail is so cleverly thought out from bathrobes and slippers to beautiful tea and post sauna healthy snack. I enjoyed an infrared sauna and felt in very good, caring hands with Carlie. I appreciated the one on one service in a more boutique setting, over some of the other infrared sauna options on the coast. I can’t recommend Monroe enough and I will absolutely be back for more infrared saunas in the near future x looking forward to seeing you again Carlie!

I’ve been going to Monroe Body since Carlie opened in November 2021. Easily located in the heart of Maroochydore, the services are amazing with great results and the space is stunning. Carlie makes you feel so welcomed, your pampered from start to finish.I regularly have the Infrared Sauna treatment which I find so beneficial for the amount of training I do. Recently I was given a voucher for another Infrared Sanua treatment at a different location.Carlie had always properly informed me on how the sauna worked so I was a little confused and disappointed when I was informed to not have a cold shower after the sauna but to allow my body temp to come down naturally which I knew wasn’t right. I also wasn’t informed that I needed to drink 2ltrs of water while being in there, which Carlie always made very clear that that was needed to keep me hydrated. The sauna also didn’t feel very hot and when I left I didn’t feel amazing like I always do when leaving the sauna at Monroe Body. I know that Carlie knows her stuff and is very knowledgeable on giving me the best directions and treatments.Thanks so much Carlie for looking after me x

An absolutely beautiful experience from the minute I walked in. The salon is stylish, luxurious and so clean. Carlie was welcoming so friendly and completely knows her stuff! I had fat cavitation on my thighs and definitely feel like the skin is smoother and tighter after my treatments. Highly recommend Monroe Body Contouring.

I attended Monroe yesterday and would like to thank Carlie for the stomach sculpting treatment. It was an extremely beneficial session and I am excited to see future results as after just one session my tummy is visibly trimmer and my skirt waistband feels looser. Throughout the time I was there I found Carlie to be supportive, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Carlie put me at ease right from the start and explained the procedures as it progressed. At the completion of the treatment it was a very pleasant surprise to be offered the opportunity to relax on the rooftop garden sipping on the specially brewed Monroe blended tea.
